Treatments Offered Include…

Massage
Persistent tension can be the result of physical injury or stress and can lead to chronic holding patterns. This can result in the shortening of muscle fibres, pain, discomfort and loss of function.

Facial Treatments
This can be adapted for your individual skin type, for relaxation, rejuvenation or anti ageing. Using high quality Liz Earle products, this treatment comprises, double cleanse, exfoliation, comprehensive shoulder neck and face massage, mask, foot or hand massage, tone and moisturise.

La Stone
In 1994, Mary Nelson developed this treatment, combining the use of hot basalt and cool marble stones with some of the energetic principles of the Native American Indian traditions to create a deeply therapeutic way of working with massage. The use of heated and cooled stones equates to Geo Thermal Therapy – an ancient healing art form that is currently scientifically proven and medically approved.

Warm Bamboo Massage
Here, organically treated bamboo canes are used as the medium for the massage. The canes are warmed and are rolled over the muscles, using various pressures and techniques.

Reflexology
The art of reflexology dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China. In 1913, Dr William Fitzgerald introduced this therapy to the west as ‘Zone Therapy’, noting that reflex areas on the hands and feet were linked to other areas and organs of the body within the same zone.
Indian Head Massage

This a shorter, more focussed massage treatment, given whilst you are seated and clothed. Massage and focalised pressure is given to the upper back, neck, shoulders head and face. The effects are both relaxing and invigorating.
Emotional Freedom Technique

Energy blocks and the resulting stress can also give rise, over time, to physical symptoms such as pain, headaches, insomnia, chronic illness and mental health problems such as chronic anxiety, phobias, OCD and depression as well as addictions.
A solution focused therapy, EFT involves tapping on your end meridian points, led by the therapist, whilst tuning into the problem you have or a relevant negative memory. Unlike conventional therapy, it is not necessary to relive the event, simply to be aware of the feelings.
